The Seven Lake Trail
The 'Seven Lake' is the most pristine,thrilling and best adventure trekking spot in Dibang Valley.The 7 lake itself called a' Land of Lake' by old ancestors whithin the short radius of area where numerous lakes are foregather and it's situated in the mountain ranges of Emuli much of lakes submerged into Mathu river and few towards Dri.The seven lake trek is one of the best-kept secret of Arunachal Pradesh that takes you to seven mythical high altitude lakes hidden deep in its fantastic valleys.Starting from lush green valleys the trek takes you to a maximum altitude of 4000m to these lakes that are fed by glaciers all throughout the year.
Crossing the high hills usually called the Mishmi hills ;an altitude of 14000FT ,above mean sea level with carpet of lush green ,mix tropical rain forest ,meadow shurp alpines,bamboos,miscellanea of orchids ,found versatility in mushroom ,MishmiTeeta, Paris Polyphella and wild ginseng are home plant to this regions.The trail involves steep ascents and descents which requires a good physical fitness and thus is meant for trekkers with prior trekking experiences.Trekkers will embark on lush valleys ,high mountains and breathtaking scenery all of which are centuries-old hunting routes of the local tribes.It can't get any more offbeat and rare and pure as The Seven Lakes Trail.
